Then my five-year old noticed there is a turning switch on the tube part of the head. You just need to turn it on and try it again and then it works great. This works good enough for me, just doing BP and Breath Sounds. I will probobly get a nicer one when I have to work on real patients. When package arrived, I tried it on myself only to discover that I am dead, so then tried it on my children and wife to double check.. I am so disappointed to learn my family is the walking dead.
